The arm is the part you'll watch, and there's more working alongside it: measuring, mixing, making and handing over. It all uses the same amounts, in the same order, every time. None of it invents anything. Its whole job is to do justice to a recipe someone else got right.

People create the recipes, choose the ingredients, keep everything stocked and clean, and watch how things are running. The robot takes the repetition, so their time goes to the work only people can do. If something isn't right with your order, a person makes it right.

The making area is enclosed, and nobody's hands touch your order while it's being made. Our team cleans and restocks on a regular schedule, to the same food safety standards as any cafe.
