Four questions, in order.

A robot cafe could easily be a gimmick. We'd rather build one you come back to. So every decision gets asked four questions, and the order matters.

does it taste great?
could you afford it again tomorrow?
is it close, and is it quick?
did it make you smile?

does it taste great?

Great first. Then great every time.

It starts with taste. Real people choose good ingredients and craft every recipe with care, tasting and adjusting until it's something they're proud to serve. That's the hard part, and no machine can do it.

Then the robot does its part and makes each recipe exactly as intended. Making something the same every time only matters if it was good to begin with. Affordable, and maybe the best you've had.

could you afford it again tomorrow?

Great shouldn't be a splurge.

A regular cafe carries a lot of cost that never reaches your cup: a big space, long staffed hours, and waste from guessing what will sell. We designed most of that out.

The savings go where they belong, which is your side of the counter. A low price is also an invitation. It makes trying something new an easy yes.

is it close, and is it quick?

Ready when you are.

A few taps to order. About as long to make as it takes to watch. And because the whole cafe fits in a small space, it can sit closer to where you already are.

You're not standing around waiting, and you're not wondering if they got it right.

did it make you smile?

A little more fun than it has to be.

A robot making your order is a small, silly, good thing in the middle of an ordinary day. Kids point. Adults pretend they're not watching. You leave in a better mood than you came in.

It's also why this one comes last. Fun gets you to try it once. The three above are why you come back.

You'll meet them backwards.

The order above is what matters most to us. You'll usually meet them the other way round.

first
You come over because it looks like fun.
then
You order because it's easy.
after that
You come back because it didn't cost much.
from then on
You keep coming back because it's that good.
See how it works
